Psychotherapist, Private Practice- In person/ Remote Job at Nova Initia Counseling
Expanding group practice has immediate openings for licensed clinicians to join our team. Currently we have multiple openings for fulltime or part-time caseloads. New office location coming soon in the Tewksbury/Lowell area. Positions offered are hybrid or fully remote based on applicant's preference. This is a fee for service structure offering one of the best commission splits in the industry.
- Prospective candidates must be fully licensed to practice in Massachusetts, (LMHC, PsyD, LISCW, PhD.)
- Candidates must have their own professional liability insurance (1 Mil. /3 Mil. limits).
- Must be able to be credentialed with private and public insurance carries. (Previous credentialing a plus)
- Must conform to all ethical and professional standards required for contracting with third party payers including documentation practices, treatment approaches and mandated reporting.
- Clinicians are identified as sub-contractors and will receive 1099 statement annually.
Current benefits include group supervision, aggressive pay structure, strong referral network and individual supervision upon request. Future benefits to include continuing education re-reimbursement, paid vacation time and paid sick time.
