Project Manager (Schedule - Hybrid at Jersey city) Job at NSD International, Inc.
The Project Management Support will report to the overall CLM Technology Project(s) and Relationship Manager Lead.
The mandate is to maintain all aspects of the project management governance of IT and tasks on a daily, weekly basis, including updating detailed project plans, logs, update material, facilitate discussions with stakeholders, project progress monitoring reports, issue tracking, development (Scrum) reporting and budget vs. actuals amongst other project related tasks.
Responsibility (includes):
Reporting daily scrum development status reports upon IT / Technology project(s), maintenance of the requirements, backlog progression and testing log and detailed project plans, and facilitating group discussions in IT / Technology, support of the overall program and individual projects;
Tracking and maintaining of actual spend against approved estimated budget
Escalation of emerging project level risks and issues to the overall CLM Technology Project(s) and Relationship Manager
Engage with multiple internal IT stakeholders on the identification and progression of the sprints and update the CLM Technology Project and Relationship Manger on a regular basis to resolve disputes.
Providing appropriate information share and updates with IT management, Head Office, and other stakeholders
Providing the necessary documents e.g. project planning documents, that would contain the resourcing, environment, schedule, budget, release strategy, contingency, promotion structure, etc.
Taking a lead in drafting, monitoring of WBS to track project progress closely.
Provide support and assistance for overall CLM Technology Projects(s) and Relationship Manager Lead as needed based on the Critical Thinking and Logical Thinking background.
Skills Requirements:
Significant experience and track record of support in delivering of major initiatives at large and complex financial programs. This includes project planning, budgeting and reporting of progress to achieve milestones.
Bringing to the attention of management if issues related to change in requirements, schedules, development progress, testing and release.
Deep understanding of client onboarding processes as well as the technologies and data which enable these processes
Detailed understanding of project management and risk control methodologies within the technology domain
Strong knowledge and experience in change management controls
Excellent skills of organizing project management documents
Excellent management skills including experience at performing across multiple functions & areas.
Superior communication skills: both written and oral with technical and non-technical staff
Tolerance and understanding in multi-cultural environment
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Pay: $90.00 - $110.00 per hour
