The Project Manager/ Client Relations Manager guides and facilitates the maintenance crew by directing team leads and working with other departments to meet the needs of our external customers. This position is responsible for:

• Managing a portfolio of landscape maintenance contracts
• Maximizing customer satisfaction
• Ensuring delivery of quality services
• Achieving set goals for revenue, profitability, and contract renewals
• Effective management & coordination of personnel, equipment & facility resources
• Employee training & development.
• Develop long-term relationships with clients through the delivery of excellent services and communication
• Schedule landscape maintenance crews and conduct site inspections to evaluate services performed
• Provide estimates for supplemental work & enhancements to improve the quality of landscape
• Responsible for evaluating production team’s fiscal and labor budgets and hold regular discussions rewarding achievement of goals and correcting substandard performance
• Review financial reports for the purpose of developing and coordinating plans for the efficient use of personnel and resources
• Assist with the timely collection of client’s accounts
• Train & mentor field supervisors and other production personnel
• Participate in and conduct routine production training sessions to maximize production & efficiency
• Participate in & conduct safety training
• Assist with maintaining our positive team culture

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $78,846.00 - $85,600.00 per year
