Kaemark is a large commercial millwork manufacturer located in Giddings Texas that has been in business for over 50 years. Giddings is a small town conveniently located in central Texas. There is an open position for a Project Manager in the Plant Operations division. The successful candidate should have proven experience in the commercial construction industry, either working in the field, or as a Project Manager. The candidate would act as the project manager for all jobs requiring installation, working directly with Plant Operations leadership to ensure all projects are completed per customers' schedules. RESPONSIBILITIES:

Work with Plant Operations Management team to implement procedures for the Installation Services department

Define KPIs in various areas to measure service and performance levels

Provide leadership and serve as a change agent within the Installation Services and Logistics departments

Create installation training documentation for all Kaemark products

Drive and share best practices among all installation projects

Accountable for tracking all install projects to completion per customer's construction schedule

Coordinate with Mfg Operations and Logistics teams to ensure projects are delivered and installed on time

Coordinate with Field Operations Manager and Installation/Logistics teams to ensure all projects are covered

Manage installation services forescast for manpower requirements, hire subcontractors as needed

Manage installation and logistics budgets

REQUIREMENTS:

At least 10 yrs of experience in commercial construction and/or project management

Preferred 4-year degree in an construction, project management, engineering, or related field

Experience with managing mutiple projects/installations at once

SKILLS:

Strong written and verbal communication skills, and cross-functional collaboration at all levels in the organization

Must be able to read construction plans, and understand general construction related documents

Demonstrated ability to identify and drive process improvements

Detail-oriented; ability to manage conflicting priorities and to adjust priorities daily

Must be highly organized with excellent time management and prioritization skills

Good working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $45,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
