- Manage client and contractor relations and communication
- Manage, organize, and coordinate company invoices, reimbursable expenses, and general expenses for the company's bookkeeper to process
- Assist in pursing new business opportunities
- Performs clerical duties to include scanning, copying and creating/maintaining job folders for all construction projects
- Assist the project managers in maintaining construction project cost accounting
- Assist the project managers in collecting and tracking costs for ongoing projects.
- Utilizing Procore, creates, tracks, and process all contracts and change orders for projects
- Provides on-going support to contractors involved with current projects and initiates contractors payment applications, lien waivers, certified payroll, and MBE / WBE participation forms for consolidation into monthly payment reports to clients
- Acts in accordance with the values of the company and comply with all company processes and procedures

- High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred
- 5+ years of prior construction administrative experience, demonstrating superior:

- Prior administrative experience in the construction management field
- Ability to handle multiple tasks at the same time, maintaining a professional demeanor
Our client is a project + construction management firm that combines owner's representative and construction manager adviser services specializing in high profile specialty projects for such clients as; Chicago Botanic Garden, Brookfield Zoo, The Morton Arboretum, Cantigny Park, Forest Preserve District of Cook County, McHenry County Conservation District, multiple park districts and libraries in and around the Chicagoland Area.
- Base salary of $65,000-$85,000 depending on the level of experience
- Competitive Salary for long term position
