We are seeking a Program Analyst to support our federal customer site in Hato Rey, PR, and to join our collaborative, innovative, customer-centric culture. The Program Analyst will perform a variety of administrative functions, along with several program- or project-specific support duties.
Position Summary:
- Prepare directives, memoranda, letters, and various other types of correspondence for signature by management.
- Correspond with customer agency representatives, Central Office personnel, other GSA and PBS organizations, and members of the public.
- Gather information, data and other materials from a variety of sources, as necessary, to ensure that the correspondence is accurate and appropriate.
- Coordinate the accumulation of data from several sources as well as for ensuring that such data is provided in a timely manner.
- Perform duties such as preparation of reports, projects, etc., in any of the division's program areas.
- Assist the director and other managers of the division in resolving problems and implementing solutions.
- Review and proofread correspondence/memorandums, maintain staffing status reports, and perform various special projects.
- Review reports to highlight trends.
- Compile data for transaction status reports.
- Maintain effective and cooperative relations with divisional branches, serving as a liaison to the director on assigned matters.
- Participate in information analysis efforts, review, compile, and monitor varied customer data to aid in the development of findings or recommendations to help balance customer goals.
- Gather, review, and compile project and/or customer information to support the development of position papers, reports, customer messaging, and business planning processes.
- Track, maintain, and/or analyzes issues/delays for specific customers.
- Develop general or limited findings recommendations to address the need for follow up and /or action items on information analysis assignments.
- Assist in the execution of action plans as recommended by information analysis to integrate strategic and operational levels and foster increased customer satisfaction scores, as well as increased efficiencies and improved project delivery.
- Disseminate information concerning new business leasing trends and enhanced customer relations.
- Responsible for scheduling and hosting client meetings, coordinating updates across the branches within the division, and following-up, as necessary.
- Work with management to compile data for transaction and status meetings and to assist divisional employees with information analysis and strategic customer interface management functions as related to customer plans.
- Assist with the coordination of budget requests across branches including formulating, preparing and submitting the designated annual budget segments necessary to ensure funding for assigned programs/operations.
Your Education & Experience:
- Must be a U.S. Citizen.
- Must be fluent in both English/Spanish.
- High School diploma or equivalent - some college preferred.
- 2 to 4 years of relevant experience.
- Strong customer service, interpersonal, and communication skills.
- Highly proficient with MS Office suite and standard office equipment.
