About the Role

  • Set the product vision and strategy for how money movement is orchestrated between logistics players in Loop's network
  • Work with cross-functional stakeholders, designers, and engineers to execute fast and secure payments experiences for Loop's customers
  • Work within the product organization to balance priorities across multiple roadmaps

Responsibilities

  • Leverage deep domain expertise in logistics and/or payments to prioritize the highest-impact work to simplify logistics payments
  • Navigate and evaluate relationships with payment service providers and technology partners
  • Influence how the product is built and stay intimately familiar with cross-functional dependencies at Loop
  • Understand customer pain points by speaking with customers and working with founders, design, customer success, and sales and identify the highest leverage solutions
  • Execute high impact projects on the product roadmap by articulating clear requirements through PRDs and defining/ measuring success criteria
  • Keep the team informed and aligned across technology and commercial organizations

Qualifications

  • At least 3 years of product management experience, preferably in fintech/ payments space
  • Experience launching new payment methods and integrating with payment processors, including, but not limited to ACH, wires, RTP/ Fednow, virtual cards/ wallets
  • Strong understanding of the regulatory landscape in money movement. Examples: MSB/ MTLs, bank sponsorships
  • Strong understanding of the end to end payments user experience including onboarding, AML/ KYC, fraud and risk management
  • Proven track record building partnerships with payment providers and/ or financial institutions
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, distilling requirements from complex to crisp and clear

Compensation

  • Base pay 140k - 190k
