Job Summary:

RMD Business Process Management has an opportunity for a seasoned professional contributor interested in broadening their network, understanding a big picture view of the business, and having the opportunity to enact positive change across RMD finance. This position will provide start-up and sustainment tools support and training across RMD Programs and drive RMD standard processes and tools to eliminate rework and inefficiencies.

This position will include establishing and leading program user groups and be responsible for special projects around process and system improvement. This position is crucial in the drive to enable the right information at the right time to the right people about finance processes, systems, and the key interrelationships which requires understanding of complex systems, balancing competing priorities, as well as influencing others.

Responsibilities to Anticipate:

• Primary customer contact for RMD Pro-start and help new awards set up
• PMX SME; load rates, answer tickets, fix issues and conduct UAT
• Daily problem solving in all areas of common RMD Finance EV Tools / Processes
• Collaboration with cross-business and Enterprise teams to include EVM, PMX and CPAS
• Closed Area Finance Tools Training/Support: APEX, PMX Tools’, IPMRs/IMPDARs via PMX
• Prepare and conduct PMX Trainings

Qualifications You Must Have:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Finance or Business related major
• A minimum 5 years prior relevant experience, or An Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 3 years experience
• Financial Tools experience (SAP (APEX/PRISM), PMX Tools, etc.)
• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite
