Rooter Hero is inviting you to be part of a progressive company. We are the largest plumbing company in California. Rooter Hero hires top producers, not backgrounds. If you are average, you will make a decent income with our team. If you are a star, you can earn $150k or more.

Qualifications:

• Must have a have a minimum of 2-3 years of plumbing/maintenance experience (plumbing preferred)
• Willing to work weekends and off hours
• A Valid Driver’s License

Duties and Responsibilities

• Maintaining Plumbing Equipment – diagnosing, troubleshooting, repairing, or installing and replacing components of entire systems.
• Responding to service calls in a timely manner, including emergency callouts while On Call.
• Ability to install, repair and replace items related to your sold jobs.
• Maintain rapport with customers, communicate details of work being performed and educate on use of new system(s).
• Complete all tasks in accordance with Rooter Hero quality and safety standards
• Update job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities (internal and/or external)

· Regularly attend weekly crew meetings and actively participate and support the meeting content.

Pay: $75,000.00 - $175,000.00 per year
