iFlex Stretch Studios is seeking personal trainers, massage therapists, athletic trainers, Physical therapist assistants and techs to join our team at our Flagship location in Chandler, Arizona. This is an amazing ground floor opportunity to grow with our team and gain experience in a new modality that is taking the fitness industry by storm. We just started to sell Regional Developer and Franchise sales and will utilize our Chandler location as a training location and base. There will be many opportunities to grow with our company both as Stretch Trainers and rolls with new franchisees.

Introducing iFlex Stretch Studios, the newest concept from the founders of The Joint Chiropractic, one of the nation’s leading networks of affordable chiropractic care, which has grown to over 800 locations nationwide.

Our Stretch Therapists will provide one-on-one assisted stretches.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

• Deliver one-on-one assisted stretch sessions
• Encourage and motivate clients throughout stretch sessions.
• Build iFlex Stretch Studios membership and retain current clientele.
• Ensure safety of clients in regards to proper stretch techniques and enforce iFlex Stretch Studios policies and safety rules.
• Attend staff meetings and required educational presentations.
• Handle member concerns when applicable.
• Assist sales associates and General Manager with studio tour, offsite events, and sales as needed.
• Clean and maintain all equipment in order to ensure it is available for client use at any given time.

Qualifications:

• Love of boutique fitness/wellness environment is a must – passion for stretching, flexibility and mobility.
• Required background:
• Licensed Massage Therapist
• Certified Athletic Trainer, Personal Trainer or Sports Coach
• Licensed Physical Therapist (or PT aid)
• A minimum of 2 years' experience working in a fitness/health environment where you provide hands-on training with clients.
• Ability to create a positive environment that welcomes all people.
• Fantastic communication skills and exudes empathy.
• Must love connecting with people and have passion for helping them achieve goals.
• Must have a professional work ethic, be reliable and adhere to our attendance policies.
• Must be available to go through our iFlex Stretch Training Program, which includes online tutorials, 2 days of in-person/hands-on training and 20 hours of practice.
• Must be able to perform stretch therapy for full time or part-time shifts,
• Must be available to work weekends (Sa-Su)

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $21.00 - $30.00 per hour
