The salary offered for this position is $75,000 - $115,000.

Full Time and Part Time positions available.

Must be fully vaccinated for COVID-19 including 2 doses of a 2-dose series or 1 dose of a 1-dose series plus 14 days beyond the final dose prior to start date.:

Rebound is the largest orthopedic and neurosurgical practice in the Portland-Vancouver area with an array of sub-specialties including orthopedics, brain and spine care, sports medicine, physiatry, and physical therapy. Rebound Orthopedics and Neurosurgery, a physician owned practice is looking for a full-time Physical Therapist to join our busy outpatient Physical Therapy department at our Rose Quarter and Lake Oswego locations. The ideal candidate will be a licensed Physical Therapist enjoys working in a dynamic, team-like atmosphere and is passionate about providing excellent patient care.


Responsibilities:

    • Help to restore physical function, improve mobility, relieve pain, and prevent permanent disability.
    • Assist in restoring, maintaining, and promoting overall fitness and health.
    • Examine patient medical histories.
    • Test and measure patients' strength, range of motion, balance and coordination, and posture.
    • Develop plans describing a treatment strategy, its purposes, and its anticipated outcome.
    • Effectively communicate to patients and educate them on their condition and treatment.
    • Document patient progress, conduct periodic examinations, and modify treatments as necessary.
    • Teach patients how to use assistive devices and adaptive devices such as crutches, prostheses, and wheelchairs.
    • Maintain a high degree of confidentiality and abide by all HIPAA rules and regulations.

Requirements::

    • Bachelor's degree in physical therapy from an accredited program.
    • Master's or doctorate degree in physical therapy preferred.
    • Valid Washington State License, or in the process of obtaining licensure in Washington State.
    • Must have previous outpatient orthopedics experience, clinical internships considered.
    • Prior experience and interest in working with the spine as well as treating general ortho and post-op ortho is preferred.
