Payroll Representative Job at Reynolds and Reynolds
As the Payroll Representative, you will be responsible for processing the bi-weekly payroll for your assigned client group. This includes processing pay and withholdings, leave requests, new hires, terminations, and salary changes to maintain accuracy. You will research discrepancies in payroll information and comply with the payroll audit process. In providing a high level of customer service, you will respond to any payroll-related inquiries posed by internal associates and management. Written communication skills are also essential as you will be responsible for running reports from the payroll system, and preparing process documentation. You will need to understand both the payroll audit and electronic form processes, and be able to perform those duties in a back-up role. Additionally, you will be expected to take on and lead various miscellaneous projects.
Requirements:- Bachelor’s degree in Business or HR preferred
- Must be self-motivated, analytical, and detail-oriented
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Process focused and ability to perform root cause analysis
- Able to work in a team environment and keep information confidential
- Proficient in MS Office
