Job Summary

Monster Performance Group is looking for a Sales Representative with sales experience to join our team. Applicants must possess superior phone communication skills. All equipment and training will be provided to the candidate upon hire.

• Base pay with uncapped commission
• First-year earning potential $80,000+
• Our Top Performers can average up to $100k+ per year

Responsibilities and Duties

• Communicating with customers, making outbound calls to potential customers, and following up on leads.
• Understanding customers' needs and identifying sales opportunities.
• Answering potential customers' questions and sending additional information per email.
• Keeping up with product and service information and updates.
• Creating and maintaining a database of current and potential customers.
• Explaining and demonstrating features of products and services.
• Staying informed about competing products and services.
• Upselling products and services.
• Researching and qualifying new leads.
• Closing sales and achieving sales targets.

The ideal candidate would like to be part of a small team that works in a dynamic environment. The candidate should be a “people person” that likes to interact with customers, and that also would like to grow within their role and take on additional responsibilities as the company expands.

Qualifications and Skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office/ G Suite
• Strong Communication Skills
• Professional Written and Oral Communications Skills
• Comfortable Working Independently and in Team Scenarios
• Detail Oriented
• Ability to balance a complex schedule and multi-task
