Sonju Two Harbors is looking for a full-time Automotive Parts Counterperson! Experience is preferred but will train the right candidate. Up to $20 an hour depending on experience! Any candidates with a background in billing, catalog orders, and retail, and customer service experience asked to apply! No automotive experience? Duties include:

• Sell products and/or services to repair the problem and meet the customer's needs
• Ability to order out of a catalog
• Ability to set up billing for customers and charge accounts
• Assist in keeping parts department clean and orderly. Maintain the retail sales floor and displays to meet or exceed the dealership's standards and today's customer satisfaction
• Assist with Parts Manager in merchandising displays
• Assist Parts Manager with inventory to ensure maximum sales and customer satisfaction
• Provide service technicians with parts as required
• Verify receiving documents
• Follow prescribed cash, credit, and check processing procedures of the dealership.
• Attend training as prescribed by management to maintain proficiency in his/her job description
• Use dealership equipment and resources safely and proficiently
• Maintain customer goodwill by greeting and acknowledge all customers he/she comes in contact with
• Performs other tasks as required by Parts Manager
• Follow up on shortages and expedite by reporting to Parts Manager
