Job Summary:

We are currently looking to hire an energetic, highly motivated, can-do attitude individual who enjoys networking and establishing relationships to join our team as Partnerships Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic relationships with organizations in accordance with the company's overarching objectives, goals, and strategies.

Role Responsibilities:

  • Refine our ideal partner profiles and engage in market research to find additional partner types
  • Collaborate with the sales team to design partner processes and programs, including finding, signing, supporting, and training partners
  • Partner with Marketing to effectively develop co-marketing campaigns and materials
  • Manage your own partnerships, ensuring you are driving revenue from these relationships
  • Participate in marketing activities aimed at sharing our product with potential partners
  • Work with product and engineering to facilitate technology partnerships

Traits and Skills We Seek:

  • Experience in a similar role and a strong track record of success in building strategic partnerships
  • Experience working with senior stakeholders to find win-win solutions
  • Highly goal-oriented, assertive, and a hands-on, problem solver
  • Must possess excellent communication & interpersonal skills
  • Must demonstrate the ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools (eg. Hubspot) would be a plus

Education and Experience:

  • 5+ years of experience in a business development or channel sales role at a SaaS company
  • Experience implementing and scaling a SaaS partnerships program
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration is strongly preferred
