Role: Financial Planning Associate

Description: Assists in developing financial plans for new and existing clients of the firm. Works with the advisors on the team to onboard new clients, and update financial plans for existing clients.

Past experience in financial planning is desired. Licensed for life and health insurance and investments is a plus. Must be proficient in Microsoft Office Software. Attention to detail, organization, and proactive thinking are required. Desire to work in a supportive team environment is a must. We are looking for someone who desires growth potential within an established financial planning firm. This role would include being involved in client meetings, meeting follow up, and helping to develop financial plans for new and exiting clients. Industry experience in the financial services and financial planning world are preferred.

Expected Salary Range Depending on Experience: $45,565 - $70,121

Benefits: The employer will pay up to 100% of the premium for major medical and hospitalization insurance, depending on the plan selected (unless it is a duplication of coverage) to full-time employees (30+ hours per week) starting the first day of the month following 60 days of employment. Spouse and dependent coverage and Vison and Dental are available at the employee’s cost. Long-term disability insurance is offered after six months of employment, which is paid 100% by the employer. In addition, employees are eligible to participate in a Safe Harbor 401k Plan with matching the January or July following 90 consecutive days of employment.
