Position Purpose: The Packer is responsible for the packaging of molded and/or assembled components per company and customer specifications.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES/ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
- Package, Label, and stack product on skids per Lot information and product specification.
- Report any out of line conditions, damaged equipment to Supervisor or maintenance.
- Retrieve packing material from warehouse.
- Support and maintain all policies of the company including but not limited to Health and Safety Requirements, GMP and standard work procedures, Continuous Improvement & ISO Standards,
- Maintain clean workspace and 5S Standards in work area.
- Operate packaging equipment as required per product specifications and/or work instructions.
- Complete Packaging auxiliary equipment (TPM) Total Productive Maintenance activities as needed.
- Follow instructions as required per ID sheets and visuals.
- Maintain Lean initiatives and participate in lean projects.
- Provide suggestions and take active role in Process Improvements to eliminate non-value-added activity.
- Perform line clearances as required.
- Other duties as assigned.
POSITION REQUIREMENTS:
- High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent.
- Ability to read/write/speak English.
- Able to lift up to 55 lbs.
PREFERRED KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS:
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Basic math skills.
- Computer skills including Microsoft Office applications.
WORK ENVIRONMENT:
- Works in a clean manufacturing warehouse environment that may include moderate noise levels.
