Overview

As an Assistant Vice President / Operations Manager you will be involved with managing the collateral review process within Document Custody Operations. This fast-paced position resides in our high-volume operation with multiple intraday Service Level Agreement (SLA) commitments. You will be involved with directing staff in our Santa Ana office along with coordinating with our offshore team as well as technology and Client Service teams.

What You’ll Do

  • Coordinate and manage daily production

  • Support continuous improvement business process initiatives

  • Support technical changes through requirements gathering and testing

  • Manage staff and processes

  • Create, monitor, and improve reporting metrics

Skills You’ll Need

  • Extensive management experience in a transactional production environment

  • Technical competence with using and understanding software programs

  • Bachelor’s degree in Management or related field

Skills That Will Help You Excel

  • Strong knowledge of Operational controls

  • Experience in Custody Operation / Mortgage Lending

  • Strong time management skills

  • Ability to assess and prioritize multiple tasks

Expectations

It is the Bank’s expectation that employees hired into this role will work in the Santa Ana office in accordance with the Bank’s hybrid working model.

The salary range for this position in California is $85K to $140K. Actual salaries may be based on a number of factors including, but not limited to, a candidate’s skill set, experience, education, work location and other qualifications. Posted salary ranges do not include incentive compensation or any other type of renumeration.
