Operational Certification Manager Mid Job at Alutiiq
The Operations Certification Manager - Mid assists with the development and maintenance of NC3 operational certification processes and procedures in support of the Nuclear Ensterprise Center at Offutt AFB.
The Operations Certification Manager - Mid will:
- Assist the government in developing processes and procedures to execute and support NC3 operational certification.
- Assist the government in defining and maintaining processes and procedures for data collection plans, certification attributes, interagency integration, and risk determination. The procedures will assist the NC3 enterprise team in ensuring a process to gather and share information with NC3 Enterprise entities and leadership.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:
Clearance Required: TS/SCI
Requirements:
- Strong technical and analytical skills
- Ability to prepare a well-grounded, defensible argument
- Understands the interrelationships between domain of expertise and other domains
- Ability to communicate effectively, both written and verbal
- Strong organizational skills and ability to multi-task
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Familiarity with USSTRATCOM organization is desired
At least 5 years of experience in the following:
- Auditory, written, verbal communication skills interpreting national level directions, building operational level briefings, and leading discussions supporting COCOM level programs.
Staffing products for review at the Combatant Command, Joint Staff, and DOD OSD level to include adjudication of comments and finalizing publication ready documents
