Our Human Resources Team provides HR support for client group Leaders, Managers and Employees on organizational and employee matters, as well as coaching, HR process expertise and other general HR activities.

Partner with the best

As the HR for HR, you will be responsible for the growth of the various functions of HR within the organization. You will champion HR Career Development, the HR Talent Inventory, HR Succession Planning, the HR Competency Model and Workday Reporting.

As HR for HR, you will be responsible for:

• Driving the Talent and Organization Development activities.
• Developing and modifying succession plans for the product lines within OFS
• Presenting to leaders across the organization on functional disciplines and business solutions
• Establishing a Baseline for HR functional development and collaborating cross-organizationally to grow the function
• Influencing HR leaders, colleagues and teams to embrace the challenges involved in training and development
• Utilizing your own multi-faceted experience in Human Resources to act as SME and take the lead on implementing new initiatives

Fuel your passion

To be successful in this role you will:

• Have a Bachelor's Degree in a related business focus
• Have 7-10 years of experience in Human Resources functional areas
• Have experience in a leadership capacity within the HR functional areas
• Have had experience in more than one functional area of Human Resources
• Be detail-oriented
• Be an Influencer
