Offshore Rig Clerk Job at Workrise
***THIS IS FOR A OFFSHORE OIL RIG
Provides administrative support under the direction and supervision of the Master/Rig Manager. Assists with Safety Training and general clerical duties. Implements and upholds safety and environmental compliance requirements.ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONSCoordinate crew changes
Maintain POB list and crew roster; Prepare manifest for boats and helicopters
Keeping account of telephone calls
Provide office and clerical assistance to rig manager in day-to-day routines
Attend safety meetings
Prepare reports & documentation
Weekly payroll, training pay, expense reports & time sheets
Arrange flights which are not arranged/paid for by client
Track short service employees
POC for rig personnel regarding schedule of training and travel
POC/liaison with corporate HR payroll, travel and benefits
Other duties as assigned
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Pay: $1,000.00 - $1,250.00 per day

- Oil & gas: 3 years (Preferred)
