We are seeking a diligent Office Assistant, for a successful start-up in the DFW area. Applicants should be extremely detail-oriented, possess excellent communication skills, and have some background in customer service & sales. We operate within the real estate industry, but real estate experience is not necessary.

$60,000 - 80,000 yearly

• Proficiency with office management tools and software for lead management, as well as exceptional oral communication skills
• The role will be initiating and receiving frequent phone, text, and/or email communication
• Management will provide hands-on-deck training and you will be part of a team that values hard work and accountability
• Make and receive calls from buyers and sellers of real estate to facilitate the purchasing needs of the company.
• Build rapport and cultivate strong client relationships with Buyers/Sellers and participate in negotiations
• Monitor the sales process and document follow-up by tracking all interaction details in the CRM
• Track daily/weekly/monthly data and company goals
• Coordinate miscellaneous real estate-related projects
• A “Team-Player” attitude required
• In-house sales training will accompany
• Full-time, 40 hours per week with some remote work available
• Light weekend availability needed

• 2 years sales experience REQUIRED, real estate experience not required and highly discouraged
• Drive for working in a fast-paced environment
• ”Can-do” attitude with the ability to listen and empathize
• Office role, full-time (9 am – 5 pm)
• Microsoft Word & Excel, Dropbox, PDF editing, Outlook experience required
• Exceptional phone etiquette and verbal communication skills
• Strong attention to detail and proven ability to manage multiple priorities/systems
