National Accounts Customer Service Representative
The Evans Network of Companies is looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our National Accounts Department.

Position Summary:
The Customer Service Representative plays a vital role in our National Accounts Department. This role aids with support and communication between National accounts agents and contacts with each of our accounts. This position is responsible for ensuring all pick up and delivery appointments are scheduled with correct transit time as well as handling any issues at the shipper/receiver, or while the load is in transit. Additional administrative duties will be assigned as needed.
Major Responsibilities:
· Monitor load tenders sent over EDI. Accept and reject load tenders based on rates and commitments.
· Responsible for scheduling pickup and delivery appointments for National Accounts loads.
· Ensures correct transit times and date changes are completed for each shipment as needed.
· Work with customers on any issues relative to shipment.
· Handle Overages, Shortages, and Damages reporting to the appropriate claims departments for disposition.
· Maintain current transportation tariffs based on agreed rates between Evans and National Accounts companies.
· Process accessorial requests involving detention, truck order not used, etc., through to completion.
· Oversee dispatch status documentation electronically with company agents/brokers.
· Run daily excel reports to monitor freight tracking for each National account.
· Enter fuel using Breakthrough fuel and EIA website.
· Provide after hours on call assistance to agents
· Monitor and respond to email and Skype correspondence with assigned agents
Qualifications:
· High School Diploma Required
· 1+ years office and customer service experience preferred
· Customer service orientation paired with strong interpersonal and oral/written communication skills.
· Exceptional attention to detail, organizational, and prioritization skills required.
· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
· Ability to communicate with agents and customers.
· Self-motivated and ability to work well within a fast-paced environment.
· Proficiency in Outlook and Microsoft Office with strong Excel skills.
· Ability to multi-task, and to work independently and in conjunction with a team.
Education:
- High School Diploma
Experience:
- Customer Service: 1 year (Preferred)
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $17.00 - $18.00 per hour
