Engaging, proactive and lively career Nanny needed for a young family in Downers Grove, IL with 4 kids (7, 5, 3, and 1). Applicants must be 21 years old, CPR & First Aid Certified (or become certified), and be willing to commit to a 1 year contract (longer is preferred!) The ideal nanny is professional, cheerful, engaging, active, fun, playful, responsible, creative and a strong communicator (open to having deeper conversations). The family would really love a nanny who has strong toddler experience and understand developmental milestones while keeping the kids engaged and stimulated with developmentally appropriate play and activities, be willing to collaborate on homeschooling, enjoys being active and outdoors, and prepare healthy and simple meals/snacks for the kids throughout the day, ensures their rooms and play areas are tidy during nap/activities time, fosters emotional intelligence, abundance mindset and creativity (willing to explore deeper ideas, thoughts and concepts). Driving to and from activities will be required (nanny care provided during work hours). Both parents work from home. Responsibilities include all things child related, however, someone who is a team player and collaborative will be the best fit. Schedule: Monday - Friday 7/8am - 4/5pm. Rate $32-$38/hour. Benefits: Negotiable. Start Date: ASAP.
