Job Description:

As a Medicare Advantage Customer Service Representative, you will take calls from Medicare Advantage (Part C) beneficiaries who have questions regarding eligibility, coverage, benefits, and other policy related information. MA CSRs will also be responsible for providing over the the phone assistance to to our agents in the field. MA CSRs will conduct outbound and inbound calls and will be required to stay current with ongoing licensing and compliance requirements. Join our small team of seasoned and dedicated agents and representatives and help us to provide our customers with the very best customer experience. *Pay varies based on experience and full-time or part-time availability.

Qualifications:

  • US work authorization (Required)
  • Insurance health producer license (Preferred - will train)

Experience:

  • Licensed to sell Medicare insurance plans (Preferred)
  • Experience assisting Medicare eligible individuals by telephone (Preferred)
  • Minimum of 1 year experience as an insurance sales representative (Preferred)
  • Knowledgeable with Medicare and Medicare Advantage plans (Preferred)
  • Customer service experience (Preferred)

  • Strong computer skills

  • Develop and maintain appropriate and up-to-date understanding of Medicare Advantage products
  • High level of integrity
  • Understanding of HIPAA compliance

Responsibilities:

  • Successfully utilize proprietary online applications and Medicare related sites and resources
  • Ensure positive customer experience by educating customers on the features and benefits of Medicare Advantage products, responding to questions, and resolving client issues
  • Successfully answer questions from agents in the field
  • Follow all local, state, and federal regulations related to Medicare

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $35,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
