VANA Laser Club is growing!! We are looking for an experienced Office Manager to join our Palm Beach Gardens Team!

Luxury and fast-paced Medical-Spa practice located in Palm Beach Gardens, FL seeking an experienced and enthusiastic individual to join our expanding team. This individual should have at least 1-2 years of Office Manager experience, and/or a minimum of 1 year work experience in an aesthetic or medical spa setting. Looking for an individual that wants to grow with the company and make this a career for themselves!! Many growth opportunities available!!!

**Must be available to work 40 hours per week, including weekends**

Duties involved:

• Checking patients in and out

• Managing inventory

• Scheduling patients and clients for various appointments

• Maintaining a clean and well-stocked environment for patients

• Ensuring an impactful, enjoyable, and efficient visit for each patient

• Confirming appointments via email and phone calls

• Managing the schedule and flow of the office

• Being the 'face' and 'voice' of the practice
