The Medical Social Worker (MSW) helps identify and provide for each patient's social, emotional, and psychological needs. Essential functions include but are not limited to developing a social history; social assessment and care plan which identifies status; pertinent problems; and needs of the patient.

Job Requirements

• Master or doctoral prepared graduate with a degree in social work from a school accredited by the Council on Social Work Education.
• Oklahoma LCSW, preferred
• Desire to work with the elderly and disabled population
• Ability to seek out resources for those in need
• Computer capable - MS Office programs
• Strong and timely documentation skills are a must
