Medical Front Desk Receptionist - FULL TIME Job at Riviera Opticare, Inc
Riviera Opticare is an Optometry office looking for an outgoing, energetic and efficient front desk/reception staff member. We are looking for an individual with the ability to MULTI-TASK, who is ORGANIZED, and has excellent PEOPLE SKILLS. The ideal candidate is outgoing, friendly, patient, and listens well. Computer experience is preferred and training will be provided.
The Ideal Candidate Should Have:
Strong Communication Skills
2+ years of medical front desk experience
Attention to detail
Typing and computer skills a must
Friendly
Strong organizational skills and time management skills
Legible handwriting and ability to accurately record information
Prior healthcare or optometry/ophthalmology experience is preferred - TRAINING PROVIDED
Job Duties Include (but not limited to):
Greeting patients
Setting Appointments
Answering Phones
Assisting Doctor’s staff and patients
*Will work occasional Saturdays - 10AM - 2PM
Salary: Competitive negotiable depending on experience.
