We are currently seeking a strong patient focused, compassionate and empathetic licensed practical nurse or medical assistent.

Responsibilities:

• Triage and physician procedural support, so needs clinical expertise and ability to perform hands-on patient care. Will manage population health, supply chain, along with other key management .
• Oversee medical supply inventory and ordering
• Oversee vaccine inventory and ordering
• Direct patient contact
• Working closely with the health care provider as a critical member of the patient's treatment team
• Providing patient education regarding current disease or risk for disease, with a strong focus on prevention
• Have interest/capacity to function extensively on eClinicalworks EMR (we will train you)
• Perform and assist in office procedures, including such things as point-of-care lab testing, EKG, minor surgical procedures and biopsies, gynecologic procedures, injections, and immunizations.
• Have excellent customer service skills

LPN/MA Qualifications:

The ideal candidate for the LPN/MA position must have:

• Strong job tenure
• Excellent customer service skills
• Proficient computer knowledge
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to multi-task.
