Matterport/Inspection Specialist Job at 24 Hour Estimates
Job Overview:
-Creates Scans of homes and businesses affected by a fire, flood, storm, or other disasters.
-Commission-based pay (your pay is constituted from your output)
-No Experience needed - We will Train you & get you up to speed immediately
Job Duties and Responsibilities:
-Create 3D scans of homes and businesses (Equipment is Provided to you)
-Matterport Cameras - leading tech to create 3D scans of properties
-Be empathetic and show a sense of urgency while communicating through various technological platforms.
-Make a difference for others that have had a disaster strike their property.
-Focus and dedication to providing excellent customer service.
-Maintain and be responsible for all company equipment.
-Communicate effectively with internal staff and customers.
-Responsible for keeping own schedule as new jobs come in (The scheduling department will work with you)
Pay:
-90 day probation terms, after 90 days performance evaluation
-$50.00 upfront for the initial Claim & $25 for each additional claim within the same establishment
-$25 Per Inspection (no scanning needed – just a liaison for the PA/Company)
-During the process of scanning & inspection, if the MS finds an additional peril that may have been overlooked or unidentified by a PA, they will receive a $200 finder’s fee.
-$150 weekly Gas allowance
-Quarterly Car maintenance: qualification contingent on Consistent attendance & reliability (including but not limited to):
- Oil Change
- Tire Rotation
- Battery Check
- Break Check
- Air Filter
- Hoses & Belts
- Spark Plugs
- Wiper Blades
Job Type: Contract
Pay: $25.00 - $50.00 per hour
