Maintenance Worker Job at Roadway Inn & Suites
Working in hotel maintenance, you are responsible for keeping the hotel maintained and fixing any errors that are needed. This can include repairing holes in walls, changing settings on cooling and heating equipment, putting new light bulbs and/or replacing light fixtures Indoor or outdoor area, performing general cleaning tasks inside and outside the hotel's building, cleaning and maintaining pool water and pool area. Making sure that all scheduled maintenance tasks are done. Should be able to do any general maintenance including landscaping. Other hotel maintenance duties and responsibilities include repainting walls, fixing broken furniture, fixing minor electrical issues and making faucets stop leaking or fixing leaks from any pipes. You can expect physically demanding work that includes using tools and equipment and moving around much of the day, including having to climb ladders, lift heavy items and crawl in tight spaces when necessary.
