The Maintenance Manager will oversee the daily operation of the Maintenance Department. You will also ensure that employees of the Maintenance Department are following all procedures and programs accurately and consistently.

• Coordinating preventative maintenance internal interventions (on monthly and annual bases).

• Coordinating preventative maintenance with the help of the external intervention of other companies such as for: metal detector, ETON, Automatex, Blamir painting, etc.)

• Planning the weekly preventative and corrective actions for the technicians to perform on selected Saturdays.

• Control over the machinery breakdowns, keep the logs of every machine in order to keep track of of the down time, follow up with the improvements etc.

• Keep records of machinery documentations and manufacturers information (electrical diagrams, manuals, parts book, and etc)

• Oversee, coordinate, train and evaluate maintenance technician.

• Process & follow-up work orders and assign maintenance mechanics for repair.

• Train all new Maintenance employees.

• Perform daily maintenance walk-through of the entire facility and report findings to the Deputy Plant Manager.

• Organizes and oversees the schedules and work of maintenance staff.

• Evaluates systems or facilities to determine maintenance or repairs that need to be performed.

• Ensures maintenance and repair work is completed correctly and in a timely manner.

• Performs other related duties as assigned.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $48,529.19 - $80,000.00 per year
