The Machine Operator is responsible for high quality and timely production of single-serve and bagged coffee products, general machine maintenance, cleaning and oversight of equipment, and constant quality control monitoring and documentation. Completing the production run according to the daily schedule.

Duties;

* Prepare the machine and complete paperwork for each production run, oversee that the work is completed properly and on time

* Ensure efficient and safe machine operation to produce a high quality product

* Machine operation and constant monitoring of the machine for any mechanical issues and/or product variations.

* Completing the production run according to the daily schedule

* Ensure target weight of all cups/bags are within given spec.

* Communicate with team members in a direct manner to ensure clear instruction and proficient productivity throughout the shift.

* Accurately completing post run production logs.

* Following all company policies, procedures, safety requirements, and value systems.

* Other duties include: quality control, and any other work as assigned

* Ability to read and understand, diagnose, and analyze reports in English.

* Excellent written and oral communication skills.

* Detail oriented and ability to prepare accurate reports

* Exceptional judgement and ability to work independently and without direct supervision

* Highly accountable

* Consistently provide high quality results while multi-tasking.

* Team-oriented

* Strong time management skills -able to be on time and use work time effectively.

* Enthusiasm and the ability to achieve goals within a supportive team framework

* Responsible for pre-work machine inspection, set-up, and on-time start.

* Complete reports timely and accurately

* Meeting or exceeding the established production standards.

* Proper shutdown and cleaning of the machine and production area.

* Consistently provide high quality results while multi-tasking.

* Strong communication skills, including the ability to develop and maintain quality relationships with teammates and management

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: $17.50 per hour
