Central Minnesota Mental Health Center is currently looking for LPNs or RNs in our Focus XII program. CMMHC is a diverse organization committed to a Trauma Informed environment which fosters healing for the people and communities we serve. Currently we have part time openings. Flexible schedules and s hift differentials are available.

Duties may include but are not limited to:

• Perform basic health screenings, including screening for risk of self-harm, take vital signs as needed
• Deliver treatment services such as skills groups related to healthy habits and mental health education
• Coordinate with providers to attain good quality care
• Implement nursing policy and protocol

The starting salary for each application will be based on years of experience for the position.

COVID-19 Vaccination not required

• 2-year nursing degree from an accredited professional nursing program or certificate of completion from a 12-month accredited practical nursing program;
• Licensed Practical Nurse in the state of Minnesota or Registered Nurse in the state of Minnesota without encumbrance
• 2 years’ nursing experience preferred
• DHS Requirements of 2 years freedom from chemical use problems and signed attestation statement
• Clearance from DHS and sexual exploitations screening
• Valid Driver’s License and acceptable driving record.
• CPR and First Aid Certification
