Must have a valid and current LPN license with over 1 year experience preferred.

Duties include driving to client's homes which will be in multiple cities that include Marion, Kokomo, Huntington, Wabash regions.

Medication sets, blood sugar monitoring, insulin administration, wound care, obtaining specimens for lab orders, IV's, wound vac's, timely documentation, and coordination of care with position.

Mileage is reimbursed at 35 cents per mile if you drive personal vehicle but we do have company cars that employees can drive as well.

Health insurance is offered after 1 year of employment to full time employees.

After 30 days of employment all employees are eligible to enroll with a supplemental health care plan as well as adding spouse/significant other and children.

After 30 days of employment all employees are eligible to enroll with Vision, Life, Accident, & Critical Illness insurances.
