Live On Site Supervisor at New ITH Santa Barbara Hostel Job at ITH Hostels
Join our team and be an ultimate host to an amazing international coliving community in a fully rebuilt and reopening hostel in a great location right in the heart of Santa Barbara. You will work on the management team and ensure the operation is running up to excellent standards at this fantastic freshly refurbished hostel. This is a great entry-level opportunity if you want to pursue a job in hostel management.
Providing guests with a daily authentic local experience and insight into our neighborhoods so everyone who visits ITH is delighted. To assist with the management and leadership of a team of up to 6 staff who are inspired to work for you and ultimately achieve the company’s long-term objectives of creating the best hostel in the world.
This is a live on-site position. Our 'supervisor' position is comparable to other 'assistant manager' positions. You are compensated with a private bottom bunk in a shared staff room in exchange for 24 hours per week. The first 24 hours per week are compensated through housing. Hours worked beyond 24 hours up to 40 hours per week will receive $16.50 per hour.
Monthly and quarterly performance bonuses will be distributed based on guest ratings. Health and wellness compensation packages are available for the right candidate.
