Marks & Harrison is seeking a full-time, Litigation Paralegal to join the team in our Fredericksburg location.
Paralegals are expected to manage all aspects of a case including, but not limited to, primary contact for all involved parties, use of case management system, request and evaluate medical and investigation records, and preparation of court and settlement documents.
An ideal candidate would possess the following:
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong attention to detail
- Exceptional problem solving skills
- Ability to work independently, be a team player, and strong individual contributor
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, manage and meet deadlines
- Strong computer skills
- Knowledgeable in Microsoft Office and case management software
- Ability to speak and write English and Spanish
Position Requirements:
- At least 3-5 years of experience as a Paralegal in a personal injury firm or law firm.
- A Bachelor’s Degree and/or the successful completion of an accredited paralegal program is a plus, but not required.
- Must have received or be willing to receive the COVID-19 vaccine by date of hire. Exemptions may apply based on medical and religious reasons.

Pay: $43,694.81 - $64,061.88 per year
