We are currently seeking licensed clinicians (LPC, LCSW, LMFT, LBP) for full or part-time positions in our Shawnee, Oklahoma locations. We are able to take on candidates working towards licensure.

Clinicians have a hybrid model available- In-person/telehealth

Requirements:

• Master's degree in psychology, social work, or a related counseling field
• Independent mental health license in Oklahoma or working towards licensure
• Experience providing direct psychotherapy services to individuals
• Solid computer and basic technology skills
• Demonstrated history of professional growth and development
• Self-motivated and independent clinicians able to quickly build rapport with clients

Beneficial Skills & Experience:

• Competent with a wide range of clinical presentations
• Experience with children or adolescents
• Experience with couples or family counseling
• Experience with health psychology

Advanced Therapy Associates (ATA) is a premier mental health organization that has 3 locations in Tulsa, Oklahoma City, and Shawnee. ATA provides counseling along with an interdisciplinary team of healthcare providers such as nutritionists, occupational therapists, special education teachers, etc. What makes ATA different is that it was originally established in 2008 to create a collaborative team approach to behavioral health services for children with their pediatricians, The success of this model has grown into a team-centered approach to addressing behavioral and mental health for children, adolescents, and their families through school, childcare, and medical office referrals. Finally, ATA takes pride in the fact that they are able to hire candidates that are working towards licensure and develop them into well-rounded clinicians.
