Leasing Consultant Job at Viewpoint Equities, Inc.
SUR Lake Buena Vista is seeking a part-time Leasing Consultant to work Saturdays and Sundays from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m.
Our Leasing Consultants are responsible for leasing our modern, luxury apartment homes and must provide outstanding customer service. Leasing Consultants must be motivated by sales and have sales experience in closing deals and providing on-going resident support.
Leasing Consultants must be fluent in written and spoken English and be comfortable with emailing, texting, and calling prospects repeatedly throughout the day. The leasing consultant is responsible for convincing prospective residents to come tour our communities and then responsible for touring the prospective residents and working with them through the application and leasing process.
The leasing consultant is also responsible for then screening applicants and preparing electronic leases and then moving residents in.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $16.00 - $17.00 per hour
Schedule:
- Weekends only

- Commission pay
