Qualifications:

Operate as the partner relationship owner responsible for implementing tools and resources customized to the client needs to ensure success through online learning and development.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Train and coach partners via phone and virtual web platforms
  • Manage client contract details to ensure agreements are executed
  • Knowledge of business objectives, goals, culture, concerns, market, and needs to execute the customized solutions
  • Content expert
  • Communicate effectively across the organization and leaders
  • Contribute to and execute strategic learning plan
  • Identify opportunities for improvement in implementation, training, and account management
  • Create and analyze reports, and review with partners
  • Customize and present learning report to partner
  • Participate in product development and enhancement efforts, representing the voice of the customer
  • Meet or exceed partner goals with products and solutions
  • Prepare forecast with both qualitative and quantitative data
  • Perform responsibilities in a professional manner, meeting the company’s mission and goals
Requirements:

Qualifications:

  • Must be organized, detail-oriented, and exhibit leadership in innovating solutions, refining support processes, and collaboration with colleagues and clients.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field
  • 2-5 years of customer experience work
  • Maintain optimism especially during challenging user experiences and/or system disruptions
  • Self-motivated and results-driven attitude when working independently
  • Excellent phone, written, chat/IM, email, and in-person communication skills
  • Manipulate and analyze system data for reports, trend identification, and solutions
  • Apply well-developed critical thinking skills to devise solutions
  • Utilize strong organizational skills with emphasis on service, detail, and prompt follow-up
  • Able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
  • Superior skills in Office 365, Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint

Preferred:

  • Hospital or healthcare experience
  • Proficient in virtual meeting platforms such as Teams/WebEx/Zoom
  • Ability to work with diverse teams on a variety of projects simultaneously with a high degree of accuracy and speed.
