About This Role
We are seeking an experienced content strategist and learning and development professional to lead the learning content management strategy in our Claims division. Key responsibilities of this role include:
Establish, implement, and maintain a comprehensive and integrated learning content management strategy for all Claims learning assets
Audit content across all channels, conduct a current state analysis, and provide a documented inventory of all Claims learning assets
Create, implement, and maintain standards for content management in accordance with content management business rules, including guidelines for content approval, updates, and archiving
Ensure learning assets are accessible to all learners
Report on learner engagement and use of current content
Regularly evaluate strategy and recommend improvements to ensure best-in-class approach
Collaborate across the organization to ensure alignment with enterprise content strategies and standards.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree; Master’s degree in adult education-related field or library science preferred.
3-5 years of learning and development experience with a focus on content organization, management, and/or strategy.
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities, set initiatives in motion, navigate the organization and work with all levels of leaders
Proven technical acumen
Keen attention to detail and strong organizational ability
Leadership experience preferred
