Landscaping Technician
We are seeking Landscape Technicians and Crew Members that are willing to grow and shape the company. We are a Veteran Family owned business and seeking help to continue growing! We would like to be able to promote our employees into future leadership roles.

Location: Indian Land, SC 29707
Hours: Flexible offerings. M-F/M-Th/Tu-F options. Typical 8am-6pm

We seek to hire and retain based off of:

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Routine lawn maintenance including mowing, edging, weed-wacking, hedge triming, blowing leaves, raking leaves picking up trash, and weeding
- Project work such as mulching, pine needles, hardscaping, planting bushes, trees, perennials and annuals.
- Seasonal and less frequent lawn maintenance work such as aeration, seeding
- Use of a variety of hand and power tools
- Inspection and maintenance of equipment
- Irrigation installation and maintenance
- Hardscaping
- Chemical applications such as fertilizers, soil amendments, herbicides and pesticides
- Removal and bagging of yard waste
Requirements:
- Ability to lift up to 50lbs
- Ability to shovel, bend and kneel for prolonged periods of time
- Ability to carry and operate hand and/or power tools for prolonged periods of time and over distances
- Ability to work outside in a variety of weather
- Ability to work around a variety of environmental factors (weeds, poison ivy, thorny plants, etc.)
- Ability and willingness to train, learn and teach and mentor other team members
- Wear appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) (i.e safety glasses, hearing protection, work boots, gloves, etc.)
- Previous work experience in the field is positive but not a requirement
- Must maintain a valid Driver's License
- A background check will be required
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
