Landscape Foreman Job at Christman Outdoor Designs
(Loveland/Goshen) Christman Outdoor Designs is seeking motivated individuals to join our small company of 8-10 employees to fill a landscape foreman position. This position is Full Time year-round work. We are looking for people who are willing to grow within a company long term. Some of the responsibilities of the landscape foreman would be managing a crew to provide Spring clean-ups, mid summer pruning, Fall clean-ups, paver installation, retaining wall installation, landscape lighting installation, and anything else landscape related. Some equipment you will be expected to operate will be a wood chipper, skid steers, mini excavators, mini skid steers, wheel loader, dozer, bush hog etc. During the Winter months we provide snow removal and salt service. During snow removal, you will operate a plow/salt truck, wheel loader, or skid steer. Mandatory requirements:
-Must have at-least 2 years in the landscape industry
-Must have truck and trailer experience
-Must pass a criminal background check
-Must have valid drivers license
-Must have working cell phone
-Knowledge driving a manual transmission is a plus
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $50,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
