Job Title: Junior Software Developer
Reports to: IT Manager
Department: IT Department
FLSA: Exempt (not eligible for overtime)
Location: Federal Way, WA – Corporate Office

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Junior Software Developer to join our team! As a Junior
Software Developer, you will be responsible for supporting our software development team in all aspects of the development, testing and implementation for our software needs.

Duties/Responsibilities:

• Writing and debugging code
• Troubleshooting software issues
• Working closely with developers to improve product’s functionality
• Developing innovative solutions
• Attending developer meetings
• Participating in code reviews and quality assurance activities
• Participating in estimation discussions with the IT team
• Continually improving coding skills

Required Skills/Abilities:

• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Knowledge of basic programming languages
• Strong analytical skills
• Highly developed attention to detail
• Ability to work well in a team environment
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Education and Experience:

• Minimum of 3+ years of overall software development experience
• Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or related field
• Full-stack experience with (website), C#, SQL, Ecommerce, Shopify, BIGcommerce and JavaScript

Physical Requirements:

• Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer
• Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $70,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
