General Summary:
This job’s purpose is to focus on demonstrating proficiency in general and moderately complex Inventory functions of their location, including serving as a resource on Operations and Compliance issues, policies and procedures, supporting human resource functions, and contributing to the development of unit systems and processes. This position serves as the liaison from sister store to distribution to keep the store responsibly stocked and audited.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Provide flexible administrative support to enhance productivity and exceed facility and business needs.
  • To adapt to the current situation and to provide proficient support during assigned projects
  • Internal communication with staff and management
  • Help maintain and audit SOPs for Inventory
  • Manage employee schedules and business needs
  • Meet goals and deadlines.
  • Maintain a positive attitude that promotes teamwork and positive work culture.
  • Work collectively and respectfully with other team members
  • Accurately and promptly maintain Transfer records and recon reports.
  • Assist in Hiring and Onboarding of team members
  • Conduct weekly recons as mandated by the state regulatory authority
  • Additional duties as assigned by management.
  • Aid on Bi-weekly compliance audits to ensure efficiency for all departments

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required:

  • 3-5 years of experience related to management and employee relations.
  • Passion to assist employees.
  • Inventory background is a plus.
  • Schedule management skills.
  • Good interpersonal skills and proven ability to positively influence people; must be capable of effectively interacting at all levels in the organization.
  • Highly organized and capable of working independently under pressure and meeting deadlines.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint and willingness to learn other programs, as necessary.
  • Demonstrated competence in project management.
  • Ability to prepare correspondence and administrative reports
  • Ability to communicate professionally and effectively in both written and spoken form.
  • Ability to always maintain strict confidentiality
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, to manage high stress situations, and to be flexible and adaptable when a situation requires it.
  • At least 21 years of age and authorized to work in the US.
  • Reliable transportation and valid driver's license.
  • If necessary, ability to work 7 days per week and to be flexible with schedule.
