QED Systems, LLC, is currently recruiting for an Integrated Master Scheduler to join our team at Fort Belvoir, VA to support our customer, PM Close Combat Squad.

Duties:

• Organizes and directs work; coordinates efforts related to design, development, and maintenance of the Integrated Master Schedule (IMS).
• Applies principles of project management developing large, complex schedules.
• Performs program schedule analysis to include Metrics, Critical Path, Float, and schedule variances.
• Builds and maintains a program-level IMS which includes major milestones and deliverables from Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs) and Government sources.
• Monitors OEM schedule performance to include weekly and monthly variances.
• Utilizes Gantt, PERT, milestone charts, earned value management and other project management techniques to gauge progress and identify performance variances.
• Acts as scheduling subject expert and mentors the program staff with regards to scheduling.
• Understands and has facility with enterprise-level scheduling software.
• Proposes processes that will aid Integrated Scheduling.

Required Skills & Experience:

• Detailed-oriented with excellent technical, verbal, and written communication skills.
• Expert knowledge in use of Microsoft Project.

Required Clearance/Other:

• ACTIVE CLEARANCE LEVEL REQUIRED: Secret
• Fully vaccinated for COVID-19, per Executive Order 14042, subject to exemptions as required by law.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
• At least two (2) years relevant experience required.

Travel:

Less than 10% travel is expected for this position. Travel may include continental United States and outside continental United States locations.

Work Environment:

This position will be co-located with the customer and other contractors in Government office spaces.

Physical demands of this position include ability to:

• Be independently mobile.
• Communicate effectively with co-workers and customers.
• Withstand prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and computer use.
• Wear proper Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) such as glasses/goggles (eyes), ear plugs/muffs (hearing), hard hats, breathing respirators/masks, and face masks (in response to government COVID-19 mandates).

Position Type/Expected Hours of Work:

This is a full‐time position, Monday through Friday. Flexibility around core hours. Travel may occur outside of normal core hours.
