Cutting edge Family Law Firm seeks Lively Legal Administrative Assistant and Captivating Client Intake Specialist to join our fun, family-oriented team! This is a Remote Position and a wonderful opportunity for growth, career advancement and stability. (Hybrid available for local applicants in Washington, DC area). DUTIES:

  • Manage Client Intake and Sales
  • Schedule Paid Consultations Daily
  • Nurture Leads by Following Up with Consults
  • Manage Firm Calendar
  • Manage CEO’s Calendar
  • Facilitate Client Onboarding Process
  • Confirm/Collect Payments for Consultations and Retention
  • Set-up New Client Files and Update
  • Enhance Client Happiness Metrics
  • E-Filing
  • Manage Internal Files
  • Serve as Liaison between Client and CEO
  • Communicate with Clients/Update Client Portals
  • Handle Routine Online Mailings
  • Enter Expense Report
  • Other Administrative Tasks as Necessary

IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE:

  • Minimum 2 full years of administrative law firm experience; 1 year in SALES a plus
  • Some college, preferred
  • Experience handling high volume client intake
  • Intermediate to Advanced computer skills, including MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint
  • Tech Savvy
  • Typing skills 60+ WPM
  • Excellent organizational, and time management skills
  • Proficient in English Language
  • Detail-oriented
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Dedication to providing high-quality service
  • Friendly, cheerful and positive disposition
