Innovation Brand Manager (Consumer Goods - Food), Columbus, OH area. Relocation assistance available. Salary: $120K to $140K + bonus + stock. Will be a key contributor to strategic vision by delivering on an innovation agenda, identifying and developing new products and project management throughout life cycle from conceptualization to commercialization, deliver on financial commitments for new items, identify white space opportunities to deliver compelling new product solutions consistent with enterprise/brand strategies, lead all aspects of concept development for assigned new items, oversight and decision making on all aspects of new product project management, adhere to all aspects of stage gate processes, lead innovation efforts with all levels of Brand Management, Finance, Strategy, Sales, Sales Strategy & Insights, Insights, R&D, Supply Chain, other related duties. Requires MBA, 4+ years relevant brand marketing experience in the food industry, demonstrated knowledge of marketing and consumer promotions, understanding of expense and profit management, exposure to financial or P&L management and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
