MISS LOLA is seeking for a talented, innovative, creative and proactive individual to serve as an In-House Photographer/ Photo Editor to join our growing team. RESPONSIBILITIES & QUALIFICATIONS :

• Shoot, Edit and process images ready for upload (this includes but not limited to shoes, clothing, and accessories)
• Advanced post-editing photos including resizing, product retouching, skin retouching, color correcting, straightening and cropping, etc.
• Will be working closely with the Merchandiser who is in charge of uploading all products to our web. + Communicate with other editors/photographers to keep consistency and high quality per company standards
• Technically strong- Advanced knowledge of studio lighting systems, Canon or Nikon DSLR systems, advanced knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Lightroom)
• Quality focused- Strong visual skills with exceptional attention to detail
• Must have the ability to have images edited and delivered on short notice as well as meet all other deadlines provided
• Great problem solver-Quickly identify and solve technical/creative issues.
• Effectively execute high-quality photography for product shots based on creative direction and brand vision.
• Conduct photography shoots including setting up cameras, lighting, and tethering stations.
• Collaborate closely with team members to ensure all photography content meets established standards to ensure high-quality digital photography, and consistency while following the brand's vision.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to be not only creative but also resourceful to successfully complete difficult projects.
• Maintain equipment and workspace.
• Extremely organized, goal oriented and have the ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously.
