We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Home Care Marketer to join our growing team. The Home Care Marketer will be responsible for promoting and selling our services to potential clients, as well as managing relationships with existing clients. The ideal candidate will be passionate about making a positive impact in the lives of others and have a strong track record of success in sales and marketing.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to promote our home care services
• Build and maintain relationships with potential and existing clients
• Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and trends
• Attend networking events and trade shows to build relationships with healthcare professionals and potential clients
• Prepare and present proposals to potential clients and follow up on sales leads
• Collaborate with the care team to ensure that clients receive the highest level of care and support
• Monitor and analyze the success of marketing campaigns and make adjustments as needed
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and regulations to ensure compliance

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field
• 3+ years of experience in sales and marketing, with a proven track record of success
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
• Passion for making a positive impact in the lives of others
• Knowledge of the home care industry is a plus
